I had the pleasure of going through the newsletters produced by IIA Cochin Centre. The text, page composition and the exquisite graphics intermingle so well and was a feast to the eye and the intellect. The publication showed improvement with every issue though the October-November issue was mind boggling with exemplary graphics. This is a world standard publication.
There are the usual magazines for architects and also those by architects. But, the way Annet and her team has consistently surprised us each time by covering diverse topics of professional interest, has me in complete awe. Truly inspired by the contents as well as the personal effort by each member of the team. Well done and keep going.
Congratulations to the entire editorial team of the new remarkable IIACC newsletter! It’s heartening to know you guys published such splendid issues for one entire revolution around the sun. I really enjoyed reading the newsletter and must extol on not just the quality of articles and content and the overall design, fonts used, typeset, and graphic illustrations. As part of the national level editorial team of the Journal of the Indian Institute of Architects, I definitely know the humongous amount of work that needs to be put in to come out with a publication every month. Kudos to each of you, especially the Chief Editor, for keeping the team together and motivated. It speaks about the intellectual competence and management of the editorial team and support received from the Chairman, Secretary and other Executive Committee members at IIACC. I would request all my fellow architects to contribute their best works for publication and hope to see the newsletter evolve into a thought -provoking monthly Journal or Magazine in no time.
In-depth and sensitive choice and curating of topics making viewing a delight. An annual compilation of monthly reader’s choice may add to the luster. Thanks a lot to the team
Churning out a newsletter with unfailing regularity is an unenviable task, that Ten77 Cochin achieves successfully. Along with articles in line with a curated theme, the newsletter connects one with the architecture community of the city. I compliment the crew behind these consistent stupendous outputs and hope to read more.
